Members' Assembly

The Assembly is attended by all CBI members and, when validly called, represents the entire membership base. It resolutions are binding on all members if passed in accordance with the law and these Bylaws.

Ordinary Assemblies are called by the Board of Directors or by the the Chairman at least once a year at the CBI headquarters or any other location in Italy  chosen by the Board of Directors.
