Regulation

The CBI Regulations comprise the Bylaws, the Coordinated Text of the CBI Regulations and the Circulars.

The Bylaws govern the way CBI S.c.p.a. is organised and how it operates.

The Coordinated Text provides detailed rules for all CBI Services, clearly defining the rights and obligations of the parties involved, as well as contract templates that can be freely adapted to the relationships between Intermediaries and their customers.

The Circulars provide CBI S.c.p.a. Members and Customers with important technical/operational instructions or interpretations concerning the application of the CBI Regulations.

Members' Assembly

The Assembly is attended by all CBI members and, when validly called, represents the entire membership base. It resolutions are binding
on all members if passed in accordance with the law and these Bylaws

The company is managed by the appointed Board of Directors by the Shareholders’ Meeting, which is responsible for managing the company
